Joel D. Brodsky
EDUCATION AND EARLY CAREER
Joel earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, after beginning his studies at Indiana University, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University. While in law school, he distinguished himself by earning a certificate in Intellectual Property and establishing a reputation as both a top-performing student and a dedicated advocate for justice. During his time at St. Thomas, Joel was highly involved on campus, serving as President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and participating in multiple trial advocacy and litigation skills programs.
Prior to joining Brodsky Law, Joel built a strong foundation as a tenacious advocate, refining his litigation skills and developing a deep understanding of the complexities involved in disputes with insurance carriers. These experiences played a significant role in shaping his legal foundation and continue to influence his practice today.
